We want Cigar AI product claims, catalog pages, guides, and structured data to match the strongest evidence available. Please report content that appears inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, misleading, improperly attributed, or in conflict with your rights.
Report a correction
Email the page URL, the exact claim or field, why it may be wrong, and any supporting source. For rights or privacy concerns, explain your relationship to the material and the resolution requested.
What we review
- Incorrect product capabilities, platform availability, pricing, privacy, or download destinations
- Incorrect cigar names, brands, blends, origins, images, or other catalog fields
- Unsupported reviews, rankings, scores, user counts, prices, or customer-result claims
- Health, storage, contamination, or safety claims that lack appropriate evidence or context
- Copyright, trademark, attribution, consent, privacy, or removal concerns
How we respond
- We identify the exact published claim and the source that produced it.
- We compare it with current first-party or authoritative evidence.
- We correct, qualify, relabel, remove from indexing, or remove the material as appropriate.
- We update the source template or data pipeline when the same defect can affect multiple pages.
- For material corrections, we record the change date and preserve an internal evidence note.
Response expectations
We prioritize safety, privacy, legal-rights, and active product-routing issues. Receipt of a message does not prove the reported claim is wrong, but we will evaluate it against the evidence available. Complex catalog or rights disputes may require additional information.
