How fast is logging a smoke session in Cigar AI?

You can complete a full smoke log in under 30 seconds: scan or select your cigar, rate 1-10, tap your top flavors, and set your repurchase recommendation.

Can I record flavor progression by thirds?

Yes. Cigar AI provides dedicated note blocks for the 1st third, 2nd third, and final third to capture complex transitions from light spice to rich cocoa.

How does logging smoke sessions improve my recommendations?

Every rated smoke updates your Taste Profile. The AI sommelier analyzes which wrappers, origins, and flavor notes you consistently rate 9.0+ and uses that data to find future matches.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I log the same cigar multiple times?

Yes. In fact, logging repeat smokes helps you track how resting time and humidor conditions change the flavor profile over months and years.

What rating scale does the journal use?

Cigar AI uses an intuitive 1-10 decimal scale (e.g., 8.7, 9.4). The system weights scores above 9.0 more heavily to prioritize cigars you genuinely love.

Does the journal work offline?

Yes. You can log smokes on golf courses, camping trips, or in basements without cellular connection. Notes sync automatically once you are back online.
