Absolutely incredible cigar, there is like a lemon peel or an orange zest to it that I really like. Almost citrusy. A very Mellow Smoke but the retrohale brings in tons of flavor. No bite to it whatsoever. Beautiful construction and burn, and the band is very striking.

A crudo emana un profumo oscuro particolare, speziato. La partenza è potente, parte subito su un registro pieno e appagante. Sentori di pepe e pellame. Il secondo tiercio è leggermente piccante, compare il cacao scuro, fondente con note di caffè tostato in sottofondo. A crudo sentori di corteccia, pepe bianco e terra muschiata. Il primo tiercio parte dolce con il cedro in primo piano seguito da una noce delicata. Nel secondo tiercio la fa da padrona la terra sempre con un leggero pepe in sottofondo Nell'ultimo tercio compare il caffè e il sigaro inizia a bruciare meno allineato nel braciere (difetto di costruzione?), ad ogni modo il registro si porta su una forza media nel finale RH 65% 75 min

A crudo sentori di cacao e caffè tostato. Il primo tercio parte dolce, piccante, rimarcando gli stessi sentori presenti a crudo. Il secondo tercio aggiunge eleganti note di pane tostato, al caffè che continua a rimanere protagonista, sempre molto dolce rimanendo su un registro medio L'ultimo tercio porta il sigaro in un registro pieno con sentori minerali di terra tipici dei nicaraguensi di alta qualità. Very good cigar. Rested since father's day. Some woody notes, cedar I guess. A little sweetness on the wrapper (not artificial). Draw was a little tight but really good smoke. Good retro. Long cedar flavor. Will smoke again

This is a shockingly good cigar, one of their higher rated ones I figured I'd give it a shot. Not as much pepper as you would expect to win reading up about it online, really rich profile with some cream. Had to do a couple of touch-ups so would like to see a little bit better construction, but I also didn't even let this sit in the humidor for one day after having it shipped in before smoking it. It might just be some poor humidity control, and a bit too much eagerness on my part.

La qualità del tabacco si sente subito! Ingresso dolce con note di caffè tostato e terra, prosegue con note intense di cioccolato e cuoio. Il secondo tiercio porta gli aromi ad appiattirsi leggermente e a farli danzare insieme, tutti semplicemente sullo stesso piano, d'avvero elegante! Nice cigar, little bit faded mild. But taste is nice and creamy. I bought it in their store in NYC. Love this people.

Looking at it I am struck by how uniform the wrapper is and how well applied the cap is. Very few visible veins. The 6x60 size is a good look for it. It has very prominent leather notes, and very little complexity. I don't think that it's bad, it just doesn't seem to develop at all. I did enjoy the experience, and I did not have to do any touch-ups.

I enjoyed it, but I think it really needed to be paired with a good macchiato or latte, some sort of morning drink. It had potential that wasn't lived up to just due to the time and place that I smoked it. Will definitely have one again!

A crudo sentori vegetali ed erbacei. Ingresso dolce con note di cedro e terra. Secondo tercio con note ancora più intense di legno e pepe Finale con stessi aromi avuti lungo tutta la fumata ma intensificati e negli ultimi puff si aggiunge una nota squisita di liquirizia. RH 65% 100 min

Very smooth cigar, good complexity good flavor. It burns beautifully and the band is gorgeous! The Retrohale is really nice, and there's no Pepper or bite to it. This spice level is low and I like that in a cigar. Not really on the Mellow side, but not crazy intense, and that's the key.

This cigar was exceptionally good. After about 6 months in the humidor (no cellophane) they were just perfect. The Retrohale was phenomenal with loads of complexity. Burn was perfect, draw was perfect, construction was remarkable. I guess to sum up, it's mellow, creamy, and complex profile was really awesome.

Very good, full bodied cigar. Didn't personally like the retro as it was very strong and burned. Good espresso, maybe dark chocolate, woody notes. Didn't catch a lot of sweetness, but really enjoyed flavors. Long flavors or woody notes

Il sigaro era carente di riempimemto visto il braciere conico e la velocità di combustione. Ingresso sapido con sentori vegetali e di legno. A metà si aggiungono note dolci di caramello e caffè Nel finale si intensifica il sentore di legno e cuoio. Buono ma nulla di speciale!

A crudo lievi sentori vegetali. Appena acceso note dolci di miele, caffè e crosta di pane. Nel secondo terzo arrivano note leggere di cuoio e legno di cedro. Nell'ultimo terzo si intensifica il cuoio e la forza nicotinica aumenta. RH 64% 60 min

Inizia con note tostate quasi di crosta di pane tostata e caffè espresso. Nel secondo tercio subentra il tipico cioccolato dolce nicaraguense con note di legno pregiato e un sentore vagamente minerale. Nel finale caffè tostato sempre accompagnato da sentori minerali ancora più presenti. Veramente ottimo! 110 min

Combustione impeccabile, aromi di legno e pepe nero piccante fino al finale dove è apparso il cacao e il cuoio. Un po monotono per i miei gusti però non posso che dire buono.

Insapore, ma dall'aspetto me lo aspettavo, esemplare sfortunato? conservato male dal tabaccaio? Non lo so ma riproverò perchè lo ricordavo molto meglio!
